What is an NMRDA-approved layout?
NMRDA (Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority) approval means the plot layout has been sanctioned by the planning authority with proper road width, drainage and land-use designations. This is the legal minimum for constructing a home in the Nagpur metropolitan area.
Can I get a loan to buy a plot?
Land loans are available from some banks and NBFCs, though terms differ from home loans. Our clear-title documentation makes the bank's due diligence simpler. We can guide you on what banks have financed our plots before.
