Are your layouts and flats NMRDA approved?
Yes. All our layout developments are approved by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA). We hand over the approval documents as part of the sale process — you do not have to ask for them.
Do you provide clear-title properties?
Every property we sell has a clear, unencumbered title. We do the legal work before any project is launched. Our buyers get a full chain of title documents at the time of agreement.
Can I get a home loan on your properties?
Yes. Buyers of our flats and plots have obtained loans from nationalised and private banks. We assist with the documentation banks require. Contact us for specific scheme details.
Do you do custom duplex and farmhouse construction?
Yes. We take custom construction projects for duplex homes and farmhouses within Nagpur district. You share the design brief and site, and we give you a written estimate. We do not quote without seeing the land.
What is an NMRDA layout, and why does it matter?
NMRDA (Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority) approval means the layout has been sanctioned by the planning authority — roads, drainage, plot dimensions and land use are all within the approved plan. Without this, you may face legal complications when you try to build or sell.
